Paul Holmes

Paul Holmes is a Senior Lawyer and Consumer Lawyer working in the Consumer Protection Unit of Civil Justice Services of Legal Aid Queensland for the past decade. Paul is also a member of the ABA Consumer Outcomes Group, the Insurance Council of Australia’s Consumer Liaison Forum and the Legal Aid Queensland Representative on the AFCA Consumer Liaison Group.

Paul is passionate about ensuring consumers in difficult financial circumstances have access to fair, effective and professional help to assist them to resolve debts with their creditors.
