Our team of qualified hardship advocates have worked in a range of professional fields that cover banking, financial counselling, debt management and hardship.

Each member of our hardship advocacy team has completed their certification as a financial capability worker and are encouraged to complete the Diploma of Financial Counselling.

This diversity of experience offers an ideal mix for us to provide the best support to our clients.

Importantly, our team are not paid a commission. This means we can focus on the task of ensuring that each person who becomes a client of Way Forward is in a better financial position than when they started. We’re motivated to get the best outcome for our clients.
