Marco Kohne

Marco is an executive in the financial services industry and has experience in managing large customer service operations and finance teams. His passion is driving operational excellence and improving customer experience. Marco has held several senior positions in Ernst & Young globally. For last eleven years of his career he has worked at ANZ bank, firstly as Head of Finance for the Wealth Division and currently in a leadership role with the Customer Service Operations area of the bank. Marco also holds a Board position with Interchange Inner East. This organisation provides families of children and young adults with disabilities choices and options for recreation and community activities, respite and support. He believes that companies should support customers that experience financial difficulty and has lead ANZ’s hardship team for the last seven years.
