General Manager Customer Assist, NAB
For the last year Campbell has lead the NAB Assist business unit within Technology and Operations at the National Australia Bank. NAB Assist is renowned for its customer centric approach to helping customers through challenging situations and in particular its work around hardship and vulnerability.
Prior to joining NAB Campbell had a 20 year career at ANZ banking group leading a wide range of functions including retail branches, modelling and forecasting and Operational teams. This included roles both domestic and international.
Campbells passion is developing customer solutions that make a meaningful difference to society – something he has really enjoyed doing to date in NAB Assist.
