Vivek Chaudhary

Vivek is the Head of Decisioning and Optimisation for NAB’s Customer Assist division and has played a pivotal role in transforming NAB’s Collections operation over the past 4 years.

Prior to joining NAB, Vivek worked at GE Capital and Citibank in India and Australia. He has 18 plus years of global financial services experience, transforming and growing business teams into highly productive operations.

Vivek has a wide-range of expertise in Customer & Credit life-cycle management, Financial & Risk Management, Debt Collection and Operational Excellence. He has successfully delivered several mass transformation programs across GE, Citibank and NAB through entrepreneurial use of technology, humane orientation and design-led movement.
