Way Forward is governed by a Board of Directors, comprised of an independent chair, four directors with consumer advocacy and community experience and four directors with experience of industry. Together the Board deep expertise in financial counselling, consumer advocacy and governance.
The Board provides oversight of the organisation and is responsible for its overall strategic direction and compliance and ensures that we operate in line with our charitable purpose.
Our Hardship Advocates work directly with clients, providing practical, non-judgemental support tailored to individual circumstances.
