Allison currently leads NAB’s Customer Care business unit, supporting customers experiencing financial difficulty and vulnerability. During her 15 years at NAB, Allison has worked in roles across finance, performance and rewards, people and culture, transformation, workforce optimisation and operations. Prior to joining NAB, Allison worked for PriceWaterhouse Coopers in both Melbourne and London, providing assurance services to large technology and entertainment clients.
